Mark Miner was sentenced to 60 years in prison in Texas for murder. While he never denied committing the crime, he claimed self defense but his court appointed lawyer failed to demonstrate it. The case is really screwed up and presents many points of errors.
We have a paralegal who says that there are some strong chances for Mark but a thorough investigation is necessary. In order to do this, the paralegal is going to charge us 10.000. I am trying to raise that money but it is not easy, as we are not rich people.
