MOVIES & MUZIC                  I                  WOW - MUST WATCH!               I               ALT DIRECTORY               I                  NEW OPPORTUNITIES

Social Media is the buzz of CHANGE. It is the pastime of over 5 Million African Americans who swear by it on a daily basis. We plaster our Facebook with messages, pokes, videos, photos and likes. We tweet like a bird and send instant reminders via Instagram and many other social media sites. What would we do without these new high technology cyber space time-keepers? Like new toys given to children, we play like we know WHATZ HAPPENING. Some of us have mastered the use of these newly acquired skills but have we really mastered HOW TO USE THEM TO ORGANIZE FOR PROACTIVE CHANGE?

The answer is NO. Most of us have no idea what is behind this new revolution and how we got involved so deeply so fast. We must realize that to support a site is like VOTING. If you cast your vote for the other candidate and not YOUR OWN, you lose the election and lose your ECONOMIC, POLITICAL & SOCIAL RIGHTS to exist and  be self empowered.

Let's just open this discussion with a few questions:

1. These social media sites may be free to use but how many of us know HOW MUCH MONEY THESE SITES ARE RAKING IN BECAUSE OF OUR USAGE AND SUPPORT?... MILLION$$$.

2. We utilize these sites daily BUT IS THERE A WAY THAT WE COULD BE BUILDING OUR OWN AND PROMOTING IT FOR PROFITS TO SHARE AMONG US?

3. How many jobs are created from these sites and who are the people that get the JOBS... DO YOU KNOW ANYONE?

4. Did you know we have OUR OWN SOCIAL MEDIA SITE especially designed to help ORGANIZE the many groups and talented individuals into their own category with hot links to all your other existing social media sites?

Simply by answering these few questions, you can begin to see where I'm headed with this so let's get started.

$IMPLE: HOW $OCIAL MEDIA WORK$

People make it work by signing up, utilizing the tools and sharing their particulars with others. Others sign up and begin to share and the site is off to the bank with ADVERTISING DOLLARS they receive from you making them popular and populated with large numbers. The larger the population, the higher the advertiser will spend to get their presence in front of those member sign ups. You think nothing about it because (as you say)... it's FREE and I can get my particulars out to those large numbers.

LET'S RETHINK THE MATH AND SEE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF WE PROMOTE ONE COMMON SITE OF OUR OWN!

First of all, a benefit is only as great as it's profits. We basically know that because we like the BETTER, the LARGEST, the MOST ATTRACTIVE but what if you could get ALL THE BEST and RECEIVE SOME TYPE OF PROFIT AS WELL? Would we switch or are we so fascinated with what someone else produced?

THE FINAL CHALLENGE TO THINKING PEOPLE!

There is a Web Portal that is MORE USER FRIENDLY THAN FACEBOOK, MORE ORGANIZED BY CATEGORIES THAN YOUTUBE OR INSTAGRAM, IS INTERACTIVE, HAS A FREE SIGN UP AND IS 7 YEARS OLD IN THE MAKING WITH A HUGE AFRO-DESCENDANT ARCHIVE UPLOADED DAILY BY IT'S MEMBERS.

What would happen if WE ALL SUPPORTED THIS FREE SITE SIMPLY BY SIGNING UP AND SHARING THE LINK WITH OTHERS LIKE WE DO WITH FACEBOOK & TWITTER?

We use to have the saying... "The White man's ice is colder than the ice of a Black person" and ... "If it ain't White, it ain't right." HAS THIS CHANGED ANY OVER THE YEARS?

WHAT WOULD HAPPEN?

OUR OWN WEB PORTAL WOULD BECOME POPULAR INSTANTLY. IT WOULD BE ABLE TO HIRE OUR OWN. IT WOULD BE ABLE TO BE SELECTIVE IN ADVERTISING SPONSORS BECAUSE MANY WOULD BE KNOCKING AT THE DOOR. IT COULD GIVE BIG DONATIONS TO OUR OWN CAUSES WHILE WE PROMOTE OUR OWN. If other can do it, why can't we? If not now when? If not us who?

OUR CHALLENGE TO YOU IS TO SIMPLY TRY OUR ICE and if it is not as cold as FaceBook's Ice, we will submit. But if somehow you find it to be the same OR BETTER, What will you do?

Ok, we are not asking you to drop Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and the likes... they all are useful in driving TRAFFIC to this OUR OWN SPACEBOOK COMMUNITY. In fact, that is what should be and could be happening in order to BUILD A TRUE REVOLUTION OF CHANGE. Support OUR OWN but only if it is SUPERIOR and GET THE JOB DONE BETTER because as you know, we have to be better in order to compete.

TAKE THE CHALLENGE... SIGN UP, LINKUP AND SHARE.

IT'S A NUMBERS GAME AND WE AIN'T EVEN PLAYING!
