MANUFACTURING SUPPLIER SPECIFICATIONS

We have heard the success stories too many times of how A SIMPLE IDEA was turned into a Billion $ Industry in just a few years Since there is nothing more powerful than an IDEA whose time has come.

OUR NEW IDEA is really not new as it relates to the hardware but the application is what will make this concept sore to success almost overnight.

THE PROJECTOR has seen its share of changes since its introduction in the early 1900s.

  • The projector provided/provides indoor and outdoor movies -1929
  • The projector turned into what is called Home TV -1949
  • The projector installed into what is called DESKTOP Computers -1969
  • The projector made into a Cellular Phone on the go  – 1989
  • The COMPACT LAPTOP, CAMCORDERS  & DVD Players – 1999
  • TODAY the Projector can input all of the above devices but what will be the niche that will place it into the category of the NEW AGE MEDIA FOR HOME EDU-TAINMENT?

THIS IS WHERE WE COME INTO THE PICTURE:

Over the past 8 years, WACPtv Social Media Network has collected multi-media (FORUMS, MUSIC, PHOTOS, VIDEOS, MOVIES, POETRY & BLOGS), data of sustainable alternative lifestyles. This Vital latest and greatest (information/source/resource) content has been carefully selected and categorized by subject interests. A Select Team of Doctors, Lawyers, Students, Teachers,Scholars, Moderators, Journalist, Artist, Farmers and Lay-Members numbering up to 2,000 critical thinkers of the New Age worked Collectively to post (as of Jan. 8, 2017) 6,583 PHOTOS, 10,812 VIDEOS, 7,434 FORUMS, 2,633 BLOGS & 72 SPECIAL GROUPS with interactive comment posts under most. These numbers are no where near the amount of content being posted on some other multi-million member sites. We were not focused on Quantity but rather Quality. We have actually rejected more members than we have approved and deleted even more PEOPLE & POSTS.... The results is A TIGHT NICHE MULTI MEDIA PORTAL READY TO BE LAUNCHED WORLDWIDE as the New Age Home Edu-Tainment Center.

Just as the introduction of the RADIO, TV & INTERNET brought forth STATIONS, NETWORKS & CONTENT... The same can now apply to this new innovative projector.

OUR SPECIAL SPECIFICATIONS:

1. WACP.tv currently is using only 20 GB of storage. We need the projector to have WACP.tv (THE WEBSITE) pre-installed into the projector menu that works with the remote control device. ... If NO CAN DO we at least need it to come on a USB STICK to be included with each purchase that our Members make.

If the purchaser has internet service in the home or on their smart phone, they can access it through this multi-media eBox. However, internet is not really needed in order to access the never ending WACP.tv niche archive list that is included.

2. Since quality sound is usually not exceptional in these boxes, we would need our eBox to come with a set of EXTERNAL SPEAKERS to match the unit... IF POSSIBLE.

3. We would need to have an account where the manufacturer can ship the products direct from the factory to our Member Subscribers... IF POSSIBLE.

4. We need our WACPtv Logo on each product. We will supply the jpg image... IF POSSIBLE.

5. The majority clientele will be African & African American although others will participate and enjoy the Membership opportunities. If there is a way to have the products be produced by an extension company (MADE IN AMERICA BY AFRICAN AMERICANS) it would increase the promotions hype... IF POSSIBLE.

6. The WACPtv eBox must have connect-ability to the SMART PHONE, HDMI, SD & USB, RCA,

she may be focusing on economist and writing endeavors. i have a couple of Belize associated scenarios that my health interfered with. they include a few land development opportunities which i'm now interested in partnering within the merger of 21 y/o Bell Metropolitan Educational Achievement Club Incorporated 'Bell/MEAC' consulting educational industrial design venture and start-up disabled military veteran owned Developmental Educational Needs 'DEN' of DC.

Bell/MEAC's a Maryland registered entity operating out of Kissimmee, FL. it's main present local alliances there are a soccer venture & psychological counseling enterprise. the latter focuses on aids counseling. Bell/MEAC owns the 11 y/o sport of tagball---which is a modern non-impact variation of tag & dodgeball. DEN is a youth sports programs organizer with concentrations on basketball league, team, tournaments and coaching initiatives. it's owner has 18 years of related involvements in the DC, Maryland markets.

i created their merger as a facet of re-designing the hospitality sector expansions of Detroit based Ross Holding, Ltd, the operator of 520 aprox. acres of U.S. land. i formed the EDDIE KENDRICKS UNIVERSITY 'EKU' as the new business unit of Ross Holding, Ltd's president's personal retirement planning, estate plan & family pension vehicle---addressing $ 26M of hotel/restaurant & sports-media diversification.

my consulting practice was invited to re-design purchase of 2 Marriott/Holiday Inn Express hotel investment in Michigan, as a $ 13M acquisition. the Ross family has 4 generations of hospitality & hospital ownership pedigree. we're using portions of the land and securities associated with the Ross group's ongoing operations to co-finance DEN's purchase of Bell/MEAC and to stabilize growth of tagball into a global tenant (peer to the marketing agenda of the far elder sports groups).

my related background features assisting in arranging the $ 12.5M in 1981 which addressed the failed attempt to convert 300,000 sf of 6 warehouses into live/work condominiums---that've morphed into today's Tribeca Film Center. that effort surrounded the Robert DeNiro personal 5K sf loft: which would individually today sell for more than $ 15M.

we have a number of media village & specialty dwellings community concepts under evolution. i'm particularly eager to cross merchandise Zambia & Belize efforts as part of The Paul Anthony Foundation 'TPAF' for cancer research minority organ donation awareness agenda ambitions. Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Vivica A. Fox & Anthony Anderson are personal friend peer icons with terminal cancer diagnosed musician Paul Anthony George TPAF's founder/chairperson.

Paul's 40+ y/o legendary band FULL FORCE has tens of millions of fans in assorted strategic markets. their better known international fan/clients include Nicki Minaj, Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears. Magic owns Aspire cable tv network and several sports sector ventures. he's asked Paul to familiarize him how he can be best support Paul's agenda.

i created the Musicians Owned Enterprises 'MOE' business network to optimize the capital recruitment using Paul's higher profile celebrity endorsers' brand ambassador prowess. our options in foreign countries is prodigious. Paul's band's comprised of 3 brothers & 3 cousins approaching 60 who's parents are all from Jamaica. $ 18B of the $ 22.5B of older black women owned property development project budgets being prioritized by MOE consist of Trinidad/Barbados efforts.

the vehicle which MOE's using packages $ 52M p/a of endorsements under 10 year contracts---as a set of $ 520M brand ambassador relationships. Bell/MEAC and DEN are sharing control over some industrial designs owned by Bell/MEAC including a retinal scanning security device, as well as tagball which has many civics, bonding & spiritual training facets that the merger will cross license within Ross Holding, Ltd's efforts to create the 2nd largest black owned full service hotel venture in the U.S..

we're now exploring hotel development in Jamaica, Belize, Zambia & The Bahamas, co-funded by exchange of land from a 515 acre inactive family farm in Elizabeth City, NC & part of a 150 acre Virginia Beach, Virginia waterfront site. the latter's owned by a 60+ year family friend of mine's which i've recruited the 2004 DC Shriner's potentate to co-advise on development a Shriners led development of a 200 room Waldorf-Astoria caliber hotel on part of.

the land in that instance will remain in the name of the 3 generations of black female owners---and be leased to the Shriners, along with 3 proposed black first lady inspired educational campuses to be named after Eunice Montgomery, Michelle Obama & Michelle Paige (Paterson).

let's discuss where your manufacturing partnership is at financially & logistically. i'm expanding The KPC Group, LLC investment banking firm of Kenner, Louisiana. it's a parallel suitable funding choice for the appropriate scale and scope project(s).

i'm at your disposal to identify your recommended course of action.

sincerely,

Chris
