Why was Marissa Alexander convicted when she "STOOD HER GROUND" in Florida?

Comment by Maurice Muhammad on April 25, 2012 at 5:30pm

We never get Justice!

Comment by Universal Divine Being IsIs on April 25, 2012 at 9:32pm

I have read several articles stating that Marissa had a order of protection/restraining order against her husband. It was said that they were still living together. If they were still living together with this (order) in place, Marissa wasn't smart to do that, if that is true. If she was still living with her husband with this order in place, in the courts eye mind Marissa was not in danger, and therefore courts do not have any empathy/sympathy for females who continues to live with abusive spouses with a court order in place.

Then there are statements that her husband is white. If that is true, perhaps and only perhaps this is why Marissa is going through what she is going through. White female shoots in defense of herself against a "white" male. Never rule out all the possibilities as to why all this is happening.

“Those without power cannot defend freedom.”

"A Slave is someone who waits to be free" Ezra Pond

---------------------------

Justice is Divine Freedom, and if we are not seeking and in constant pursuit of Freedom/Justice, by doing all the Divine right things for us all, and saying the Divine right words, do we deserve what we have not earned?

Not in constant pursuit of all that is Divinely right, we remain "A Slave who waits to be free".

Many of our people are afraid of Divine Freedom and all it will take to get our Divine SOLUTIONS.

I HAVE MORE RESPECT FOR ANTS AND BEES THAN I DO MOST OF OUR PEOPLE.

REPARATIONS NOW OR WE CONTINUE TO PERISH
