On June 7, 2016 a "CLASS ACTION" lawsuit was filed on behalf of the STATE OF
ILLINOIS within the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT OF ILLINOIS EASTERN
DIVISION AS CASE NO. 16-CV-05993, with the presiding honorable JUDGE
CHARLES P. KOCORAS.
All homeowners who had a closing during the time period of (2003-2012) had a Defective mortgage transaction are affected and can seek restitution by this Class Action Civil Suit. If you meet this criteria we ask for your "participation and support" in order to assure that every homeowner receives what is rightfully theirs. The "REAL FRAUD" began after you left the closing table at the title company
leaving the professionals to do their fiduciary duties. Instead they knowingly
authenticated your "IDENTITY" by a robo signer "NOTARY" without your
permission, not knowing there was a notarized copy of your mortgage contract.
Then they decided to trade name and your personal information thru a "Mortgage
Backed Security" which was then placed into a securitized pool, and then sold
your proprietary interest on Wall Street without your consent. This willful act of
misrepresentation and concealment is known as "IDENTITY THEFT".
