Michelle Obama Birthday Today! Lets give her Our Birthday Wish!

Greetings Family Today is Our First Lady Birthday!

With so much going on around her on her Special Day. I just wanted Our Family here at WACPTV to give her a Birthday Shout Out. Nearly a year ago, Michelle Obama became first lady, and ever since she's been hopping the globe, championing good causes and gracing magazine covers. She's 40th on the world's most powerful women list, but in my eyes she is one of the highest Queens on this Earth. She is a Woman, a Mother, a Daughter, a Sister, a… Continue

Broken Health Care System!

President Obama is trying to reform our broken health care system, which has left more than 45 million Americans uninsured and millions more with insurance that won't provide the treatment they need.

Some in Congress are with Obama. But the insurance industry, with help from Republicans and so-called centrist Democrats, is leading the charge to kill a key part of his plan -- a government-run insurance plan that would increase the number of Americans covered, called the "public option."… Continue

Winners vs Losers

* Winners have dogged determination.

* Losers lack the ability to see any project through to a satisfactory conclusion.

* Winners never give up, give in or surrender.

* Losers quit the second things get the slightest bit difficult.

* Winners make exceptional use of available time.

* Losers waste time engaging in absolutely useless activities.

* Winners plan and map their route to…

Good Customer Service is the lifeblood of any Business!

Good Customer Service Made Simple!

You can offer promotions and slash prices to bring in as many new customers as you want, but unless you can get some of those customers to come back, your business won’t be profitable for long. Good customer service is all about bringing customers back. And about sending them away happy – happy enough to pass positive feedback about your business along to others, who may then try the product or service you offer for themselves and in their turn become…

The Story of Ruby Bridges - Celebrating Black History Month!

This is a Norman Rockwell painting of Ruby Bridges ...

On November 14, 1960, nearly 42 years ago, Bridges faced hostile crowds as the first black child to attend a previously all-white New Orleans school. She was 6 years old and had only been told by her mother that she was going to be attending a new school that day and 'had better behave.' Little did she know that she would be bombarded with jeers and even death threats, and that she would…

The New York Post 2/18/2009 - This is Not Funny

The New York Post recently published the political cartoon shown here, depicting two white police officers standing over the carcass of a bullet-riddled chimpanzee, with the animal representing the author of the stimulus package.

The decision to run this cartoon was irresponsible at best, and hurtful and malicious at worst. It seems unthinkable that an editor of a newspaper would not understand the history of Black folks being depicted as monkeys and apes or the recent spate of death… Continue

"BEWARE OF EMAIL SPAMMING"

Do you receive lots of junk email messages from people you don't know? It's no surprise if you do. As more people use email, marketers are increasingly using email messages to pitch their products and services. Some consumers find unsolicited commercial email - also known as "spam" - annoying and time consuming; others have lost money to bogus offers that arrived in their email in-box.
