HOW TO AVOID THE FLU without taking the H1N1 Vaccine!

OK, let me say it again... THERE IS NO NEED TO FEAR GETTING THE FLU

if your immune system is working properly. The best way to insure that your

immune system works properly is to:

1. Drink plenty of clean water daily. Water not pops and other sweetened drinks.

2. Have a regular daily BM... one BM (Bowl Movement) per meal.

3. Add Garlic and onions to your diet. Add plenty of fresh fruits & veggies.

4. Eliminate all Meats from your Diet as they (the animals)… Continue

Breaking The Cycle - Embracing The Mantle of Fatherhood

by William Jackson Edited by Cheryl Littles

The recent E3 Focus Forum centered around the topic that has been touched on by such notable people as Bill Cosby, Bill Clinton and even President Barak Obama. Who's Stealing Little Black Girls?

Who's Stealing Little Black Girls?

by Amanda Kloer

Across America, young African-American girls are vanishing from homes, schools, and neighborhoods and reappearing in brothels, escort agencies, and strip clubs. But what's happening to them isn't magic- it's slavery. And the insidious part of the trick is that no one seems to be helping them.

Across America, about 800,000 children are reported missing each year, 33% of which are African-American. In New York… Continue

#10 HIGHER PERCEPTION SEES THE MAGNIFICENCE OF YOU AND THE ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES THAT AWAIT YOU!

The ego has convinced 99.999% of those who have lived on the planet of two things:

1. I AM NOT ENOUGH

2. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH

And from these two have all the horror, suffering and pain on our planet occurred. I am not enough has turned into for those with more powerful personalities an ‘overcompensation for a feared lack of’ only to fail miserably to bring any peace, freedom and fulfillment in the attainment of things and credentials. It has for those with more sensitive… Continue

Social Networking is far from the days of the Royal typewriter

Josephine Baker

Josephine Baker, a beautiful woman in history. Josephine Baker’s strength and determination to rise above her unappealing beginnings in St Louis is an inspiration to me. Her passion and desire to make a name for herself and to fight for what she believed in, is a philosophy I share with Ms. Baker.

Ms. Baker’s young eyes had to witness first hand the ugly truth of America’s treatment of African Americans. She witnessed the beatings and deaths of people in her home town of St. Louis Missouri… Continue

In the 1960's, Alice Harris was a homeless mother. She was able to survive and make it her mission to help others in need. She formed Parents of Watts (POW) over 30 years ago, and their organization now reaches out to the entire community. Sweet Alice has set up over 15 programs which provide emergency food and shelter for the homeless, conducts health seminars, provides legal and drug counseling, operates a program for unwed mothers, houses battered women and children… Continue

Stop the Blaming Game and Do Your Part

Why do some people insist on holding President Obama responsible for the state of our Country? There have been at least 43 presidents before him. I know that number may not be accurate as there have been many Presidents who served in office more than once. That being said, this Country was built on the foundation of hate, inequality, injustices discrimination and off the backs of slaves and immigrants. Anyone who wants to hold President Obama accountable for the direction the Country is heading… Continue

Open Letter To The President, Congress, Insurance Companies

Open Letter To The President, Congress, Insurance Companies

I am aware that healthcare reform is being discussed by the President and Congress and I would like for my concerns to be taken into account. I have several concerns. First, Nevada needs more trained, dedicated Doctors to ensure that all Nevadans are afforded the best quality of care they deserve. Second, the Medicaid/Medicare system(s) needs an over haul. This includes the eligibility process for Medicaid and the payment… Continue

#9 YE OLD ‘F’ WORD AGAIN! OUCH! LOOKING FOR ‘FINANCIAL’ SECURITY? HELLO! FINANCIAL SECURITY ISN’T SECURE AT ALL!

I cringe when someone says they are seeking ‘financial security’ because I know they are coming from an ego illusion! Security doesn’t come from how much money we have or don’t have. Security doesn’t come from having what we think we have to have…before we can be happy or ‘secure.’ Security doesn’t come from the acceptance and approval of any other human being in this world. Security doesn’t come from obtaining a long list of goals. There is only one security in this world and we are only… Continue

Using Positive Self-Talk to Conquer Any Goal

Do you feel like you are always talking yourself out of success? As soon as you start to set goals for yourself, do you suddenly have nagging thoughts about how you aren't up to the task or how you simply aren't qualified to carry it through?

If you have ever experienced either situation, you need to change the way you respond to your inner dialogue. Instead of obeying your negative commands, you can use positive self-talk to counter the negativity and overcome nearly all anxious… Continue

#8 WHICH PATH TO TAKE? WHICH PARTNER? WHAT BUSINESS TO START? IF YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO DISCERN THE PATH OF TRUTH FOR YOURSELF NOW ….YOUR LIFE WILL BE INCREASINGLY PAINFUL!

We have been taught WHAT to believe for thousands of years and yet NEVER taught how to discern truth for ourselves. The time is past for us to have any mediator, leader, prophet, teacher, governmental head, etc. between us and that which created and loves us endlessly and KNOWS what is in our own best good! If you CAN’T discern what your purpose is, who is good for you and who isn’t, what business to go into, what partners to work with or marry, etc. then you must continue, out of necessity, to… Continue
