Many of our community members, especially girls cannot access information on reproductive health issues like early pregnancies, and Sexually Transmitted Diseases. The situation is made worse by the high illiteracy or semi – illiteracy rates among the vulnerable youth. These groups can hardly understand the information in ink, especially written in English language.
With the high school dropouts, unwanted pregnancies and STI infections are common among these community members, generally youths between 18 – 35 years.
