- As an author, poet, columnist, workshop designer, trainer, educator and minister, Ty has more than 25 years of workshop and seminar facilitation experience. His skill in character-building, change management, human resource development and team-building effectiveness has earned him the respect of his colleagues. He is a Certified Stress Management Therapist through the National Association of Drug and Alcohol Interventionist. He is also certified through the American Seminar Leaders Association. For the past 20 years he has designed and delivered courses on self-esteem, interpersonal and group communication skills, as well as diversity and sensitivity workshops.
