Thankful and blessed to have spent 5 hrs in our own garden. I weeded, composted the isles and picked string beans, okra, tomatos and squash.

As a clip Art Artist, I always look for ways to help people relate to their ethnicity. We are such a royal and beautiful people that it just gets me going to see all of us just getting along here in this community. No disrespecting each other or trying to put a spend on somebody's head or trying to go to bed. Thanks everybody for being sooo sweet.

This is what I call my MONSTER Quote. I read it at least once a week. It’s a lot of quotes put together that touch on everything I may have to deal with in a day, a week, a month, a year.

I hope the family can appreciate it, as much as I do !

This is from the 2008 NBA Playoff Campaign-This is the reason I love sports: There are so many emotions at the end of the season and nobody likes to talk about them. One of them is fear. Fear that you could come this far and it could all end…a dream could die. But me, I like the fear, it means I’m close....it means I’m ready !

The scars that I bear are signs that I am a competitor

Life is too short to blend in

Never look at the doors closing behind you or you will miss the ones opening ahead

A candle looses nothing by lighting another candle

Don’t major in minor things

Always place the positive in front of you. Have your mind beam constantly on positivity. If negative thoughts try to creep into your mind, turn-up your positive frequencies - 10 times higher - to mute negativity.
