MOVIES & MUZIC                  I                  WOW - MUST WATCH!               I               ALT DIRECTORY               I                  NEW OPPORTUNITIES

As the world becomes increasingly more uncertain, Economically, Spiritually, Politically. I’m sure many of us may sometimes wonder if we are “Home” yet? … What and Where is “Home”? … What is Community? …. Is Utopia possible? And, If not, should we ever give up longing for it? Well, It turns out that others have not only had similar questions, but have acted on their conclusions by building what many call, ‘ECO-VILLAGES” and/or SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES. I have recently come across a fascinating book entitled:

“CREATING A LIFE TOGETHER”
(Practical tools to grow Eco-Villages and Intentional Communities)

This book chronicles decades of individuals nationwide and even worldwide, who have organized and built Sustainable Eco-Villages, and Communities. It covers the reasons that many such attempts fail, and why others succeed. How are successful Eco-Villages, Intentional Communities Planned, Structured, and Sustained. And, what about the ones that failed? What happened?, Why did their attempt fail? How long does it take to build an Eco-Village/Sustainable Community? What are the legal, social, financial, and political procedures, persons should use in building such a community? Etc.

I would like to organize a study session in the Real Estate Group with Host Sister
Diane Friday, and others in the WACPTV family. We live in times that are going to offer many challenges for Afrikan people. This publication will help us prepare and meet those challenges. It is for newbies, and for individuals who have started communities and are fine tuning many aspects, on the maintenance and construction of their respective communities. I would luv to see a commitment from some members of WACPTV in building another Advanced Afrikan Community. If interested, my email is ifa@ffruits.com or drop me a message. FREE THE LAND! ….
