Subject: Fwd: WADU Leaders Called for AU Summit leaders in SOUTH AFRICA push for Pan African Decisons
Date: Fri, 25 May 2012 00:26:00 -0400

With the AU not able to invite strong voices like Omowale Clay (December the 12th Movement, AUDITT and WADU) to the Summit at the last minute, we are unsure of the quality and even the quantity participants that are invited to the South African Diaspora Summit organized by Dr. Jinmi Adisa of the AU office in Ethiopia. Thus, WADU leaders continue to insist that the African Diaspora (Dudley Thompson) 2012 resolution be a primary basis for "the decisions by African Union and African Diaspora Summit leaders in South Africa from May 25-26, 2012 be reflective of, dedicated to and in honor of the work and vision of the “Legendary” Amb assador Dudley Thompson and other great Pan Africanists..." "to promote African Diaspora (dual) citizenship, political and social representation in the African Union, reparations, and the immediate union of Africa by 2017 on the 100 birthday of His Excellency Dudley Thompson."

Dr. Leonard Jeffries will have to be the primary vehicle to rally support for this resolution at this Summit and to ensure that the core Pan African agenda is not compromised as Africa has been compromised by increased global attack on Africa and the weakness of our leaders to rally resistance against the recent forms of imperialism, neo-colonialism and foreign State/corporate land grab across the continent. WE MUST ACT DECISIVELY FOR AFRICA AND AFRICAN PEOPLE!!!

Min. P.D. Menelik

WADU 2012 AFRICAN DIASPORA RESOLUTION
For Africa Month in May, Economic, Cultural and Political Rebirth

WHEREAS, Africa and African people have originated civilizations and have greatly contributed to the very foundation of modern sciences, philosophies and spiritual systems across the world; and

WHEREAS, for centuries Africans everywhere have been severely oppressed and underdeveloped due to the horrifying experiences of slavery, imperialism, colonialism and (neo)-colonialism; and

WHEREAS, great African and African Diaspora leaders have sacrificed through hard work and struggles to liberate and unify Africa and African people worldwide leading to the establishment of the Organization of African Unity (OAU) in May 1963, now the African Union (AU); and < o:p>

WHEREAS, African Union leaders have recently taken the initiative to “invite and encourage the full participation of the African Diaspora as an important part of our continent, in the building of the African Union" and have taken concrete steps to support this initiative; and

WHEREAS, the World African Diaspora Union (WADU) has responded under the leadership of His Excellency Dudley Thompson, other esteemed leaders, and diverse representatives of organizations of the African Diaspora to establish the Sixth (6) Diaspora Region for the union and development of Africans; and

WHEREAS, WADU and other Diaspora organizations support the 21st Century economic initiative by the African Union Diaspora Task Team (AUDITT) to establish a Data Base Bank of ten thousand (10,000) African Diaspora Organizations and Individuals, starting with the Greater New York Area, for the sustainable development of Africa.

Now therefore:

BE IT RESOLVED that this month of May be established as Africa Month by the AU and all organizations of African people in Africa, and the African Diaspora accept the full month of May to honor our great African legacy, to celebrate the struggles for freedom and independence and to further the union of African people globally, and
BE IT RESOLVED that the AU and the African Diaspora work as partners for the economic empowerment of our people by promoting sustainable development of our human capital to maximize our capacity for business, trade, investments and commerce between Africa and the African Diaspora, and

BE IT RESOLVED that the African Diaspora and the African Union work together for the propagation of the teachings of our Pan African history, heritage, culture and the sciences to our children, by establishing Pan African university programs and projects across the world, and
BE IT RESOLVED that the African Union take decisive actions to promote African Diaspora (dual) citizenship, political and social representation in the African Union, reparations, and the immediate union of Africa by 2017 on the 100 birthday of His Excellency Dudley Thompson, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the decisions by African Union and African Diaspora Summit leaders in South Africa from May 25-26, 2012 be reflective of, dedicated to and in honor of the work and vision of the “Legendary” Ambassador Dudley Thompson and other great Pan Africanists, and finally
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the African Union and all African Diaspora organizations accept this resolution on this day of May 14, 2012, during Africa Month at the AU Headquarters in NY, be known as the Ambassador Dudley Plan for “Empowerment of Black people in the world”.

SOCIAL REFORM-GCh 111: To Dr. Hassan A. Raheem. Baba Raheem. below is a post of the Political Party idea that i had for some. I do not know if i posted it here before. The idea is to make our people think and inspire ways to utilize our creativity with input from all. This was JUST A DRAFT to keep things moving in that direction.

1. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/TheCanaanParty/message/29 (The Introduction)
2. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/TheCanaanParty/message/28 (The Petition)

This petition has been circulated around to various politicians, educators and members of the general community. Again it only the format for a larger plan of action that i believe everyone needs to contribute to.

Now Dr. Raheem. to address your concerns about OUR UNITY as ONE Group of people without using ANY of the names that members of our community associate with such as Moors, Yorubas, Akans, Rastafarian, Hebrew-Israelites, Nation of Islams, NAACP, SCLC, Geechee-Gullahs, Black Indians etc I agree with you that we need a Group Name that everyone can be comfortable with and INCLUDED IN.

However with the influences of ALL these groups among our people that do not want to let go or sacrifice their SUB-TRIBAL names I have another idea in mind that can bypass the leaderships of thes organizations and go straight to the peoples. However this will not leave out nor exclude the leaderships of any of these groups, organizations or factions. It will just open up the process to the larger native black American public in a educated and common-sense way. That way everyone will hear the same things and be on the same page whether in the North, the West or the South of our country here.

I will get back to you real soon on the way that i will propose so we can dialogue and include all the others as well.

Thanks for your good work in the community Baba,,, and Shalom.

Beloved Mighty warrior Hassan:

When we say Unity, which unity are we speaking about? Profane or Divine Unity?

So far most of our people have mastered uniting profanely , meaning we have allowed ourselves to be in more hundreds of years in enslavement, no thanks to some so called leaders, and no thanks to to us who are not Divine free critical thinkers, lien holders of our own conscious, conformist to evil concepts and ideas.

WHY HAS IT TAKEN SOME 500 YEARS FOR US TO DIVINELY UNITE?

HERE WE HAVE REPARATIONS NOW THAT WILL DIVINELY UNITE US ALL GLOBALLY, AND WE ARE NOT USING THE DIVINE WEAPON AND TOOL REPARATIONS NOW TO DO SO.

Evil oppressors will continue to do what they do until We the people counterattack evil with the 24/7 Advocacy REPARATIONS NOW.

It give me comfort in knowing, not believing, knowing that the Evil oppressors knows and agrees with what I am sharing, and no comfort in knowing that our people do not embrace this REPARATIONS NOW truth/reality.

So what do we leave our children, grandchildren and those not yet born?

What do we leave them to divinely advance them consciously?

Do we leave them with the same old talk we are doing now?

Can someone list all of our people Divine accomplishments since day one of enslavement?

We haven't "overcome' until we Own something, and presently, our people do not own nothing, to include Beloved Afrika and most do not own their own conscious.

WHOSE DOING WHAT, WHEN & HOW FOR OUR DIVINE UNITY?

Divine Unity, WILL BE OUR PEOPLE DIVINE SOLUTIONS, WHEREAS WE WOULD HAVE OUR BELOVED AFRIKA LAND BACK, OUR ORIGINAL DIVINE RIGHT MIND-SET, THAT TYPE OF MIND-SET THAT WILL REVEAL TO OUR PEOPLE WHAT IS PROFANE AND WHAT IS DIVINE. UNTIL SUCH A TIME, IF IT EVER HAPPENS, MOST OF OUR PEOPLE WILL REMAIN MENTAL AND PHYSICALLY HOMELESS AND MINDLESS BEINGS, OWNING NOTHING.

REPARATIONS NOW

WHOSE DOING WHAT, WHEN & HOW FOR OUR UNITY?

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WE ARE ALREADY IN HUNDREDS OF YEARS OF MORE ENSLAVEMENT.

WE DID NOT UNITE IN THE HUNDREDS OF YEARS BEFORE THESE HUNDREDS OF YEARS WE ARE NOW IN. HOW ARE WE TO UNITE, AND WHAT TYPE OF UNITY WE MUST UNITE IN?

THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT IS AND THE REVERSE SIDE TO ALL THERE IS, I ASK, WHICH UNITY ARE WE REFERRING TOO, THE DIVINE UNITY OR PROFANE UNITY?

A RESPECTFUL PEOPLE KNOWS, NOT BELIEVE, KNOWS EXACTLY HOW TO DIVINELY UNITE. A RESPECTFUL PEOPLE WOULD HAVE DIVINELY UNITED BY NOW, OR IS DIVINELY UNITING.
