Bill Cosby: How his legacy is still changed forever. Men tattoo 'I am a thief' on boy's forehead. Bill Cosby mistrial shows sexual assault laws must change. Others comments.

The district attorney is planning to retry the comic on charges that he drugged and sexually assaulted Andrea Constand more than a decade ago.

Despite a storied career spanning four decades -- from stand-up comedy to the small screen to blockbuster films -- the trial may have left Cosby's legacy of laughs irreparably harmed.

"His empire has been forever tarnished and tainted ... as is his legacy," ABC News Senior Legal Correspondent Sunny Hostin said. "Had this been a one accuser story, there’s no question that perhaps he would be able to resume a career."

Although he wasn't convicted in the Constand case, Cosby has also been accused by more than 50 other women of drugging or sexual misconduct. He hasn't been charged with any crimes in the other cases, and has maintained his innocence.

"I just don’t think he can then go back as 'America’s Dad' or go back to America as a moral authority," Hostin added.

It's not just the sexual assault trial. He could have pretended that away. It is the SIXTY women, unconnected to each other, who have come forward independently to report that he drugged and raped them. And for those who claim they just want money, that does not explain the wealthy victims, or the victims who have repeatedly stated they don't want a penny from him. Cosby's supporters remind me of the die hard Lance Armstrong partisans who refused to admit he was doping until the words came out of his own mouth.

Fred
That's odd, Cosby is walking normal now and his eyesight has been restored.

Anne
Whether he is ever convicted on this case or not, his image is putrified. He has a consistent pattern of drugging women and having sex with them, as well as constant extra-marital laisions. The infidelity ruins him in my eyes. why a woman stays with a know pilanderer is beyond me.

Deborah
I remember Bill Cosby made public comments about the morals of the Osbornes when their reality show came out. Basically how disgusting their family was having no morals. Ironic, not only did Bill Cosby give women pills before engaging sex (even with the womens' consent, drugging them tells me, he wanted them comatose so he could do what he wanted to their body) he was a married man! and did this over and over while married. And he has morals.

beth
He is guilty. I feel bad for the victims who have to live with the fact they were violated by that homely black pig. There can be nothing worst a woman could go through or have to remember.

------------------------------------------------

If Pill Bill is walking on his own and seeing on his own, he has made mockery of the court and that alone should be a charge against him. Perhaps the retrial will convict him.

PILL ill Bill better be thankful, he is not in the dispensations of times, where a black male, so much as look at a white female, was hanged. Recall beloved Emmett Till.

Then again his flashbacks for all of what he did will hang him.
All those females Camille, reveals you were not/are NOT enough for him. Totatally Disrespecting you, and you totally disrespecting your self.

Bill and the likes of, penis is nasty and so is his mind. EVEN HIS HANDSHAKE IS NASTY. ON SECOND THOUGHT, HIS ENTIRE PRESENCE IS NASTY.
---------------------------
THE BELOW I THINK IS TOO EXTREME. THE CRIME DOES NOT FIT THE PUNISHMENT. THE YOUNG MALE IS STILL YOUNG AND DESERVED A SECOND CHANCE. I AM ALL FOR SOME CRIMINALS HAVING TATTOOS ON THEIR FOREHEAD, THOSE WHO ARE ACTUALLY GUILTY, RAPIST, PEDOPHILE/PREDATORS, AND THOSE WHO KILL INNOCENT PEOPLE/CHILDREN.THE QUALITY OF PEOPLE MINDS REVEALS A TATTOO, CALL A PROFANE EVIL MIND.

Men tattoo 'I am a thief' on boy's forehead

NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - A teenage boy in Brazil is recovering at his grandmother's home after the words 'I am a thief and a loser' were tattooed on his forehead.

According to various reports, two men believed the boy had stolen a bike so they inked his face in retaliation.

Video of the cruel ordeal was posted online. The boy's family recognized the men in the video and notified police.

Written in Portuguese the tattoo reads: Eu sou ladrão e vacilão, which translates to 'I am a thief and a loser'.

On Friday, Maycon Wesley cornered the teen, sat him on a chair and tattooed the message, according to the Daily Mail. The other man, Ronildo Moreira de Araujo, was also arrested. He is heard speaking in the video.

The boy reportedly denies stealing the bike.

The men were arrested and face various charges including cruelty.
