REPARATIONS NOW, OR WE NEED TO PREPARE TO GO OUT OF THE BLACK AFRIKAN BEINGS BUSINESS (GLOBALLY)

THE PURPOSE of this Forum is to highlight and discuss vital issues pertaining to REPAIRING the damages caused during the process of Slavery and Colonialization which has impacted it's victims up to this very day and beyond. The Repairing process can start from among and within the people who were affected and the responsibilities must be shared from without, those people, corporations and countries who had a hand in this dehumanizing exploitation of Afro-Descendant People in America and worldwide.

SHOULD POLITICIANS BE THE ONLY DECIDING VENUE FOR REPARATIONS IN AMERICA FOR SLAVERY?

Reparations Now
America's Unfinished Business
Tuesday, 29 September 2009 14:52
Book titled "Reparations" by Ida Hakim, Dorthy Black Fardan, Jamil Hakeem

The evidence of ongoing war is all around us: urban colonies of slave-descendants whose foreparents were never consulted about national identity, citizenship, and future residence; denied the basic component of freedom: land.  The bulk of the captive Africans still remain in a captivity, burdened with the trappings of forged citizenship via the Fourteenth Amendment: taxation, schools of miseducation, licensing, a draft if ever reinstated, and disproportionate incarcerations, to mention a few.

To end this war, the Caucasian pysche must consciously deconstruct (or "decode" as Lionus Hoskins puts it) and reconstruct (recode) its world-view.  It must "re-enter" as John Mohawk says it.  When this happens, the "freed" mind can then see clearly the past as it extends into the present.  It will see things as they are, no longer in the way of illusion and deception.

How appropriate are James Baldwin's words, spoken to a mostly white audience in a lecture given in 1963, with regard to the crimes perpetrated against black people in the past:  "I know you weren't there, but it was done in your name, until you stop it."

The war must be stopped.  The master-slave relationship ended.  The American system, the American Dream, was established on slave labor, continues to exist in white people's ignorance of having been "drafted" into the war at birth.  The spoils of the war were promised to the white sons and daughters of America, and we have enjoyed these riches and privileges, mostly unawares of the blood on them.  When we can refocus, and say "they" and "them" about the war criminals (the Presidents, slave-masters, politicians, over-seers and bosses, etc, even our foreparents) instead of "we" America, then we will have begun the steps to end the war.  We will be standing up and declaring an end to it all, and no more in our name can it be done.

The preceding pages have documented not only the crimes perpetrated in the war (slavery) but those continued by virtue of the war's extension into the 21st Century as well, though it be done through modern forms of warfare like Crack, Heroin, poison foods, AIDS, homelessness, mental slavery, Wild Irish Rose and prescription drugs.  These pages have documented the crime of a government having broken its word and trust with regard to allotments of land and self determination, to a people it said is "freed."  Now we should be able to see that the intention was never to emancipate but to control labor or incarcerate.  How timely are J.T. Trowbridge's words today though they were written in 1865:

When he (the black man) was a chattel, like a
horse or dog, he was commonly cherished, and
sometimes even loved like a favorite horse or dog
... but the master-race could not forgive him for
being free; and that he should assume to be a man,
            self-owning and self-directing, was intolerable.

Why have white people seen fit to leave the business of justice undone?  The ruling elite and circle of political and economic manipulators never intended justice.  But most Caucasians just were never told abouit the crimes nor the broken trusts, just like black people were never told that international law dictates their right to self-determination and autonomy once this government offered an instrument of ending the war (the 13th Amendment).  It was not explained to them that they should have been offered the choice of where they wanted to go, and what citizenship they wanted to assume.  Now of course many of them know this and will act on it.

State of Emergency
                              by Dr. Ron Daniels
I have participated in several meetings and events lately, which have led me to the disturbing conclusion that there is little urgency, spark, movement to protest, counter or overcome the “State of Emergency” in the urban centers of Black America.

There is an awareness that large numbers of Black people are suffering, but that awareness appears not to have provoked a common, coordinated and effective response from Black leaders and organizations or an uprising from the masses.

It is a source of great concern because if we are incapable or unwilling to mount an offensive to combat the condition of the least among us, we cannot count on empathy and support from others. The key to the rescue of our communities is in our hands—but only if we have a sense of urgency and the collective will to mobilize/organize/fight to uplift our people.

I recently wrote about my exhilarating experience at George Fraser's Power Networking Conference in Atlanta. Thousands of Black business and professional leaders gathered to share information, expertise and skills related to the mission of economic empowerment.

It was an awesome gathering, but it received little media attention, so it is unlikely that vast numbers of Black people from around the country heard about it. The next week, I attended Rev. Jesse Jackson's Rainbow/PUSH Convention in Chicago which commemorated the 50th Anniversary of the dramatic sit-in by four students at a lunch counter in Greensboro, N.C.; an event which helped to spark the civil rights revolt of the 60's. It was a well attended conference loaded with valuable information.

Time and time again Rev. Jackson used the term “State of Emergency” to describe the multiple crises currently afflicting Black communities. And, he unveiled initiatives designed to compel corporate America to reinvest in Black America as a strategy to overcome persistent economic underdevelopment affecting our people.

One of the most poignant moments at the conference was when Congresswoman Maxine Waters angrily denounced an editorial in the Wall Street Journal that called on the Senate to eliminate an amendment to financial reform legislation that would provide greater access to procurement of contracts by women and minority businesses.

Congresswoman Waters, who sponsored the amendment in the House, urged the participants to act immediately to block the machinations of the Wall Street lobbyists.

Frankly, I wondered whether the NAACP, Urban League, National Action Network or radio talk show hosts were even aware of the amendment, let alone the effort by Wall Street to eliminate it.

Rev. Jackson's conference was very impressive, but I came away wondering what was/is the connection between the economic empowerment thrust of Fraser Net and Rainbow/PUSH, particularly in terms of spreading the good news to a broader audience and mobilizing massive numbers of people to confront corporate America to reinvest in Black communities?

Equally important, Congresswoman Waters was correct to issue a warning about Wall Street's effort to marginalize minority and women businesses. However, there was very little media at the conference and few mechanisms to get the message to Black folks that the bosses and bankers on Wall Street are lobbying against Black interests.

On Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., the Institute of the Black World 21st Century (IBW) June 18 launched the Shirley Chisholm Presidential Accountability Commission to monitor presidential response to issues of concern to Black America.

In addition to tributes to the late Congresswoman Chisholm by members of the Congressional Black Caucus and CBC Foundation, Inc, the inaugural meeting of the commission featured a symposium entitled “Black America: The Economic State of Emergency”—which focused on the growing crisis of unemployment and joblessness in Black communities nationwide.

Of particular note to this conversation, Congresswoman Yvette Clarke, a member of the Sub-Committee on Small Business, expressed outrage that Blacks are virtually being locked out of the procurement process. She angrily noted that Blacks are not getting anywhere near a fair share of federal contracts.

Obviously frustrated with the manner in which Black economic interests are being circumvented or ignored, Congresswoman Clarke said, “We need a breakthrough.”

“Are we willing to sacrifice to achieve a breakthrough?” she asked.

Put another way, are Blacks willing to fight to promote and protect our interests? Two congress members at different settings were calling for action on matters of vital importance to Black people with little response.

The last distressing revelation came during our IBW board meeting following the launch of the Chisholm Commission. It's about the 2010 Census. IBW is part of the Unity Diaspora Coalition, under the leadership of Melanie Campbell, president of the National Coalition for Black Civic Participation.

The coalition has worked strenuously to motivate Blacks to sign the Census forms in order to receive a fair share of federal resources.

In addition, an accurate count will affect Black political power by maximizing the number of districts that have the potential to elect Blacks to public office. A fair count is the prerequisite to getting a fair share of resources and electoral political power. That message has been hammered home for weeks through various media, community meetings and door-to-door, person-to-person contact.

The robust effort notwithstanding, veteran social-political activist and strategist Hulbert James reported that Blacks lag significantly behind Whites, Latinos and Asians in responding to the Census—so much so that we may well lose seats in state legislatures and Congress in the coming years. So desperately needed resources may be lost and our electoral political power is in danger of being diluted.

There is a State of Emergency in Black America without urgency.

A couple of weekends ago, 53 people were shot in Chicago with several killed. While the crisis in Chicago has captured headlines, the phenomenon of violence and fratricide is a gruesome fact of life in “dark ghettos” across the land. There is a disconnect between an upwardly mobile Black middle class which has migrated to the outer-city and suburbs and the millions of the less fortunate, the “have nots,” left behind in neighborhoods where gainful employment has almost vanished.

I suspect that the lack of response to the Census is not only due to a distrust of government but a growing disillusionment that Blacks who have been elected to serve in government have not delivered meaningful change.

No matter how many radio advertisements proclaim that responding to the Census will bring vitally needed resources to the community, large numbers of Black people just don't believe the hype. Moreover, there is an absence of a culture of participation in our community. There is no sustained effort by faith, civic, labor, political and community-based leaders to engage residents in discussions about the nature of the crises they face and what agenda of issues, initiatives and programs community people believe will result in significant change.

Young Black men, the source of much of the violence, fratricide and incarceration in the inner cities are among the least engaged in the struggle to transform distressed communities.

In the meantime, our national organizations and leaders are not only disconnected from the most disadvantaged neighborhoods, the places where the “emergency” exists, they are not sufficiently connected to each other.

While there is collaboration between Marc Morial, president of the National Urban League, Benjamin Jealous, President of the NAACP and Rev. Al Sharpton, President of the National Action Network, it appears to lack a compelling common thrust calculated to galvanize Blacks from every strata to combat the State of Emergency.

And, unfortunately, there are even rivalries, quiet and not so quiet competition for the position of premier leader/paramount chief of Black America—a sport that the media contributes to and feeds on as it anoints and abandons Black leaders at will. There were very few cameras and news media at Rev. Jackson's Rainbow/PUSH Convention because he has been relegated to irrelevancy by the pundits (and some in Black America) despite the extraordinary substance of his work. In contrast, the media was all over Rev. Al Sharpton's National Action Network Convention, providing wire-to-wire coverage. Rev. Sharpton has certainly emerged as one of Black America's foremost leaders in his own right, but it is also clear that the establishment media now favors him as the leadership flavor of the moment. The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, the only leader that has mobilized millions to march on the nation's capital, is barely mentioned in the media at all except in efforts to brand him as a problem or pariah.

There is a State of Emergency in Black America without urgency.

What we urgently need is consistent communication, collaboration and coordination among our national leaders, organizations, institutions and initiatives—a united front where individual and organizational egos are set aside in order to mobilize a massive response to the State of Emergency.

We must work to devise vehicles and practices to overcome the “disconnects” identified above in order to actualize our potential power. The mobilization must also include those who are most affected by the State of Emergency. A concerted effort must be made to identify and engage grassroots/community-based leaders from across the country, particularly young people and leaders of the hip hop generation.

Finally, if we are serious about combating the State of Emergency in Black America, it cannot be demonstrations, marches and rallies as usual. As Congressman John Lewis eloquently puts it, we urgently need a movement that “gets in the way.” The Greensboro Four got in the way when they sat in at the lunch counter.

If the locked out and left out are in a State of Emergency then it will take dramatic steps to bring attention to their plight.

We urgently need to utilize strikes, boycotts, civil disobedience, disruption; we have to “get in the way” if we expect the government and corporate America to take us seriously.

When those who feel abandoned in the inner cities witness leaders and followers speaking truth to power and confronting the powers that be, perhaps the fratricide and violence will subside because a real movement for change will engender hope that a better future is possible.

If there is a sense of urgency about the State of Emergency in Black America, our brothers and sisters imprisoned in America's dark ghettos who are turning on each other will turn to each other and join the fight to transform their lives and our communities!

The purpose of Chief Elder Osiris presentation at the UN, was not with expectation of the UN paying to our Enslaved Ancestors their reparation, it was to remind and dramatically emphasize the injustice perpetrated  by the action of the institution chattel slavery, done so by key members States of the UN.

So, it was Chief Elder Osiris purpose for making his presentation, to impose upon the UN to condemn America and those other Nations and institution that was responsible for the implementing of Chattel slavery, and  for the UN to show some decency to Black People, by passing a resolution supporting the payment of Reparation to our enslaved ancestors.

Chief Elder Osiris know oh so well, who it is that owe Reparation to our Enslaved Ancestors.

Chief Elder Osiris very well know who control the UN.

Bro. Daniels:

I want to Thank You for an interesting analysis of the True State of Black America. One of the things that I do personally is to look at myself to see to what extent I'm consciously or unconsciously contributing to to the lack of progress our people are making. This helps me to modify my behaviors and hopefully allow us to move forward. Example. One critical mistake I was making was depending on Main Stream Media for my sources of information and not promoting Good Solid Independent Media Like WACPTV and Black Press Networks, which has some of the best news coverage in the world. Marcus Garvey with his paper the "Negro World" was able to mobilize 6(six)Million Blackfolks into a temporary economic powerhouse. Your Frustration with lack of coverage by main steam media can be solved by us just getting back to basics and promoting our own media again.

Two, I found it interesting that you attended events held by large well known "name brand" Black establishment groups. The very ones who cannot survive without White Media anointment. In other words, If it's not "BIG" or if it hasn't caught the attention of the White Media establishment its not important or relevant. Real revolutions are small. Most nutritious food begins as SEEDS. Watermelons were first seeds, before they became, huge sources of food. I personally found REAL revolutionary change to exist in small well organized networks, that thank god won't be televised in the white press. "Check Out Tavis Smiley's Book "The Covenant". Yes, I too am disturbed. But, Since I know the name brand organizations and politicians will not deliver us, I'm encouraged by the millions of small efforts that are taking place. As me and you pontificate about the problem, the seeds are already sprouting. My job is to plant more and do what I can to nurture those that have already sprouted.

As times become more critical for us.   we need to ask some basic questions. Like If they don't give us what they owe us, then what are we going to do about it? Because its reasonable to assume that they are not going to pay us otherwise they would have done it by now.   I went to the Reparations Rally in DC, 2002 I think it was.   That was missed opportunity to build an infrastructure to rebuild. But its not too late.  If we did something comparable to the 1955 Montgomery Bus Boycott, combined with the economic self-sufficiency programs of UNIA/ Garvey Movement.  Then we would have the power to leverage and demand the Reparations we deserve.

My Neighbors are complaining that the prices for food are too high.  I was wondering if the prices would be as high if me and my neighbors collectively owned the stores in my neighborhood? Hmmmmm!

Lets connect some dots:

Chinese GDP in 2012 will only be $695 Billion Dollars.  Yet they manufacture and own quite a bit of the basic means of production.

Just African/American GDP alone will top (are you ready for this) $1.2 Trillion Dollars, That's trillion with a "T". We should have our own currency in the foreign exchange loop (Forex) instead of depending on the Dollars, Euro's, and Yens.

There are 800 million people who are members of Cooperatives worldwide.  100 million are employed by these cooperatives making good wages/salaries.

Black Folks and "Basic Economics" ARE WE THERE YET?

Reparation/Repatriation

By Chief Elder Osiris

Email: O_akkebala2002@yahoo.com

Hoteph Beloved sisters and brothers:

Beloved, here is the situation concerning the Afrikans in the Diaspora there by way of the middle passage and the Afrikans in Afrika, it is not enough for the Afrikans in the Diaspora to sow the seed of the western-america social economic behavior in Afrika, developing a Diaspora Economic Class system in Afrika and send out false impression that such action will benefit Afrika and Afrikans at Home.

The return back to Afrika by the Diaspora Children of our Enslaved Ancestors must be done with Humility and respect with dignity, and to be able to fit such a social-mental description, our return must be on the blood, sweat, abuse, and tears of our Enslaved Ancestors, with Reparation serving to symbolize Justice received from those that caused that devilish institution call Chattel Slavery to serve as the prison that held our Mother and Father captive.

What would be the difference between the Diaspora Afrikan, Children of the Middle Passage and the colonizers of Afrika, if we would go out advocating to the Diaspora Afrikans, children of the middle passage, that now qualify for their American social security check or some corporate retirement plan, to pack up and get ready to go to Ghana and take advantage of some land grant plan set aside for a privilege few Diaspora Afrikans, what benefit will this be to the Afrikan in Afrika and to Afrika as a Continent?

Beloved, are we so Americanized to the point we have become desensitized to the need of Afrikans in Afrika and Afrika as a continent, and may I ask, what benefit will the few privileged Diaspora Afrikans return will be to solve the present problems and condition in Afrika as I speak, are we suggesting that Afrika and her Children problem is only that the Diaspora Afrikan limited economic gain is not in Afrika and all of Afrika problems will go away just by the Diaspora Afrikans taking our behind back to Afrika with our pensions and security check and all of Afrika and Afrikans problems will disappear?
Diaspora Reparation is the sacred seal that will assure the transformation of Afrika and the Afrikans People in Afrika back to our Divine way of living, and to try and circumvent what fate has assigned to be our destiny in that regard, is to rebuke the gods of our Ancient Divine First Way Ebonite Ancestors prophecy, concerning the Chattel Slavery Diaspora Afrikans return, and the Rising of the Afrikans in Afrika to a position of Authority and Power, signifying that the Afrikan is back in control of Afrika and our Black Afrikan Self, once again.

The Diaspora Afrikan, here by way of the middle passage, that Journey is not to be taken as if it was to put us in a position to satisfy our little personal individual desire concerning the way we are to return Home if at all and in what condition individually we are to be, having no concern for those of us in the Diaspora that is not two steps removed from that chattel slavery predicament, whose condition is that as a slave without Justice, right now as I speak.

When the True Diaspora Afrikan, here by way of the middle passage is ready to prepare to return back to our Enslaved Ancestors Home Land, It must be with the shout of Reparation victory and the approval of a Diaspora Afrikan State, to be established, with the knowledge that there is not One Afrikan that is Free until all of Afrika and the Afrikans are free, and until the True Black Afrikan Warrior is ready to cause such to become True and Real to Afrika and the Afrikans in Afrika, we will continue to mimic the attitude and behavior of the devil himself, they that have implanted the Human Being Mind into a once Divine Black Body, causing us to become vainly selfishly involved and a Black American capitalist, anxious to transfer such a slave mentality back to Afrika with a desire to have our Sisters and Brothers to work for us and look to us for hand-outs, as we do in America to the America oppressors, those in power with a devilish attitude and behavior, having no respect for Black people, such is the status and social classification the Willie Lynch Diaspora Negro want to establish in Afrika, among our sisters and brothers.

The Primary objective that fall upon the Diaspora Afrikan, here by way of the middle passage, is to Liberate ourselves from America Diaspora, and to, with our Enslaved Ancestors Reparation, return to Afrika, not to construct a social stratum of a Class system, but to fight for the Liberation of Afrika and Black Afrikan People, anything less, make us to be a party to the crime of Chattel Slavery and the Buffoonery of Afrikan so call Leadership.

Beloved, it is the defeatist, the Willie Lynch Negro, that is under the control of the Human Mind that take a weak position concerning Reparation, stating that it is a goal that is not obtainable by the Children of our Enslaved Ancestors, and only a religious mind will sanctify such a claim, stating it depend on the devilish white man in power, to approve or disapprove all that Black people are entitle to in this world.

So until the Diaspora Children of the middle passage are ready to demand in unison our Enslaved Ancestors Reparation, going to the proper source to make our Demand to those that did create and implement that devilish institution call Chattel Slavery and not make a fool out of ourselves by appearing as if all we are after are pittance in the name of Reparation, and seeking just another hand-out from the white man, all just to satisfy our little petty desires, in hope of achieving social gain, not caring that under such pretense will assure our position and condition presently in the world.

Beloved, to disrespect our First Way Divine Cosmic Ebonite Ancestors, who are the parents of our Enslaved Ancestors as well, is to crucify Self, maintaining the pain and suffering we Afrikans all over the world is now experiencing as I speak.

The Diaspora Afrikan Must Return Home to Afrika just as we came, together, With our Enslaved Ancestors Reparation, any other way become an insult to our Enslaved Ancestors.

Let Those Of Us That Is Wise and Can See, Understand What Has Just Been Shared With You.

When We Are Unaware Of The Truth, Then A Lie Appear To Be The Truth, And we Do Not and Will Not Know the Difference, Because We Are Mentally Locked Into Believing, The Level Where Lies Reside and Truth do not.

We Can Believe That We Do not Know to be truth, But it is required for Us To Know That Which is True, to do other wise is the action of a Fool, caught up in the activity of the Human Being Mind, A Mind Full Of Mischief, Lies and Deception.
The Truth, Black Folks Despise The Truth and we now suffer for being so piteous before the World.

A Fool can only be convinced by a Fool, but a wise man is aware of them both.

The greatest enemy facing black people today is religion and the Satanic Media of America and the western world and running a close third is Black People, an enemy to ourselves.

In life there is an internal door way to Truth and Reality and in such an environment, there reside the revelation of the answers truly desired about God, Universe, and the divine Self, the True healer of the Body Life organs.

How Pitiful And Shameless We Black Folks Have Become In The World Today, Not Knowing Which Way Is And Which Way Is Not, What Is Going and What Is Coming.
Let Those Who are Wise Understand What has Just Been Shared With You.

In America it should be, it must be for the Black Minds in America, Freedom and not a perpetuation of endless acts of survival, the Divine First Way Nature of Black folks, happen to be Freedom.

So It Is, And so It shall Be!!!
The Truth, The Negro Despise The Truth And Serve to Be a Traitor to The Black Race!!!

Beloved, Only The Devil Is Displeased Concerning This Revelation, As I Share With you The Truth, Having No Concern With What Your Behavior Will Be Toward Me, Because I Follow The Path So Charted For Me By Our Ancient Divine Cosmic Ebonite Ancestors, As I Have Only Love For You Who Know, and Know Not.

Date, Time And Place can be assigned to Truth and Lies, but Sound Profound Reasoning and Logic, Bed Down only with Truth.

Remain strong and always be alert, taking no one for granted.

Free your Mind and conquer Fear and the Black Divinity will return, bringing the Liberation of the Divine Black so call Afrikan Nation, which is now divided and fearful of God in this life, because of the devil religion.

The Truth, Black folks Despise The Truth, Thus serve as a sign of how hateful we are toward the You of ourselves and how well programmed we Black Folks are.
I come sharing the Truth not with arrogance, but with the Divine meekness so required of me by our Ancient Cosmic Dark ancestors.

The Truth is not to be claimed, it require that it be known and understood, relinquishing all irrational emotions, attributes of Lies and act of deception.

THE BLACK AWAKENING: DEMONSTRATION RALLIES FOR REPARATIONS!

Descendants of Slaves must ACT NOW, if we expect to receive REPARATIONS for this worldwide crime against Black humanity.

THE NEW BLACK AWAKENING

May 3, 2011

Given the frightening state of affairs of the US and the world and the circumstances of this economic downturn and the job market for the grassroots, nothing is improving for Black Peoples, and it is time for us to rise up and act in our own behalf.  There is no need for uprisings as exist in the Middle East.  With our Black scholars, we can meet our endeavors by other means.

.

There should be DEMONSTRATIONS throughout the United States and in every country that grew wealthy off the backs of Slaves.  At least FIVE DAYS A WEEK someone should posting information about a DEMONSTRATION for FREEDOM AND REPARATIONS and all it entails, and ALL BLACK RADIO STATIONS should be airing news about them.  It is now time-out for complacency.  If the seriously destitute in the Middle East can make a difference in their lives, I know that our educated Brothers and Sisters can do even better and without any loss of life if we put our hearts to it.  This is all about bettering Black folks, and if we do not speak out and get our voices heard, we will literally rot in these ghettoes!  Therefore, let us, Black men and women, make a stand to represent descendants of Slaves for the heinous Slave Trade that destroyed the lives of our forebears.

.

After all that has been done to us:  the enslavement, the cruelty, the maiming, dehumanization, and the breeding our forefathers endured it is our HUMAN RIGHT to ensure justice rendered at the hands of the US government that promoted and perpetuated the Slave Trade and the impoverishment, misery, distress, and bigotry that ensued unto this day.

.

The United States and other European governments must be made accountable for stealing human beings out of Africa and making Slaves of them for 400 years and for the deaths of one hundred million Blacks during this period without any iota of compassion.  We must not let people forget that Whites became wealthy and were enabled to establish powerful nations off the backs of Slaves for generation after generation while Slaves regressed into uneducated and wretched chattel living in squalor.  It is unconscionable that this has happened to us, and even more unconscionable that Blacks sit back and do nothing about it.

.

For the US government to NOT be culpable for their crimes against Slaves out of Africa and to their descendants who are only here because of their hand in this lucrative Slave enterprise is unfathomable.  After all these years, the White man’s position on the Slave Trade is yet the epitome of White supremacy, discrimination, and injustice against Blacks in the United States and in all places that forcibly migrated Slaves to their countries.

.

Therefore, it is time for descendants of Slaves to PEACEABLY DEMONSTRATE against the US government for its involvement in the Slave Trade that took FREEDOM from our forebears, that ethnically cleansed them, that denied them self-determination and a right to the institution of marriage, and a right to be with their children and even spouses who were sold away to other Slavers.  This insane American and European enslavement has proven to be the worst in the annals of history.  And still worse, resulting from this Slave Trade in the United States, as well as Britain, the Netherlands, etc., Blacks are stigmatized and unfairly treated because of it.

.

Many Black groups have tried relentlessly to secure meetings with US Presidents:  Clinton, Bush, and now President Obama, America’s “First Black President” who we all just knew would be sensitive to our human rights and do what is fair and just in our behalf.  Our requests for meetings at the United Nations have also been ignored.  We have sent requests to Secretary Generals Kofi Annan and Ban Ki-moon, as well as to every UN Human Rights Commissioner since Ms. Mary Robinson, to the US Justice Department, and to countless Congressmen and Senators for two decades, but to no avail - so much for belief in finding a <voice> at the UN and in the US Government that touts “Justice for All”.   What good is it when the ruling powers are hell-bent on keeping Blacks repressed and under their control?  When a group of White Jews (AIPAC) can control the US Congress and Foundations and Banks and our tax dollars to the tune of billions that go into Israeli hands every single year, we all know who is running this country and all for the betterment of whom.

.

Since the end of the Slave Trade Blacks have suffered under Black Codes, Jim Crow Laws, lynching, racial profiling, police brutality, double standards, prejudice, exclusion from the equal distribution of wealth, and savage injustices.  And to further prove my point, consider the December 18, 2009 UN RESOLUTION that states 2011 is the International Year for People of African Descent.  But we have not heard one word concerning any UN ambitions to better the lifestyles and standards of Blacks.  And by the way, letters concerning this matter have also gone to the UN requesting that this RESOLUTION include Black representation, since this is a matter that concerns Blacks.  If this issue involved White Jews, their concerns would have been met and with them chairing the meetings.  And they would have had their concerns addressed and fulfilled by now.

.

Black People do not have a voice, and the White man is quite satisfied with this status quo.  We are the ones suffering from our silence and impassivity.   Not speaking out has gotten us nowhere except worsening despair, sufferings and afflictions in this country.  This is not fair to our children and to us and is a matter we must not allow to continue.

.

It is time for us to stand up for ourselves just as other maltreated and neglected peoples all over the world are doing.  Their DEMONSTRATIONS are PEACEFUL, and they are getting action from their rallies.  Tyrannical presidents of countries are being brought down and at all costs.  We must take cues from their successes, if we are ever to get the respect we and our children and grandchildren so deserve.  Our hope is not to topple leaders and governments, but rather to obtain a voice and witness action and results for our requests, our needs, and our concerns, at hand and in particular is restitution for the Slave Trade – the issue that we cannot any longer allow to be ignored.  Just as other groups are respected as human beings and treated equitably, so also do we want this respect and compassion, especially for our progeny.

.

Sadly, not even our so-called representatives in Congress are of any help to us.  Let’s end this insanity and complacency that is watching our lives literally pass by without any recourse.  It is time for Blacks to take charge and stand up with some of this audacity to hope for change in order that we rise above this chaotic society riddled with double standards and discrimination that keeps Black peoples the “tail and not the head” (Deut. 28:44).

.

In this fight for JUSTICE SERVED for the Slave Trade, all Blacks must be represented, regardless of amends required, even those who seek to leave out of this captivity!

.

THE EXODUS TWO MOVEMENT is seeking the following:

.

FREEDOM

out of these United States

RESETTLEMENT

in friendly countries

REPARATIONS

for land/farmland, housing, K-12 schools and university

for our children and funding for small businesses for our livelihoods

.

We also want an International Foundation established for all descendants of Slaves who live in lands that grew wealthy off this heinous Slave Trade, in order that the above objectives may be fulfilled and all be given an opportunity to pursue happiness outside of the lands of our captivity, if it is the desire to leave out of this oppression.

.

Our tax dollars serve others to the tune of billions of dollars every single year, especially Israelis.  So, why can’t Blacks be given representation, funds and a voice for our cause, since it is our tax money?

.

Presently, THE EXODUS TWO MOVEMENT has secured permits for two DEMONSTRATION RALLIES:

.

June 15, 2011 from 6:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. in New York City in Dag
Hammarskjold Plaza in front of The United Nations Offices located at
48th Street and 1st Avenue.

.

June 20, 2011 from 6:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. in Washington, D.C. before the Capitol Building Steps.  The Capitol Building is located at 1 Constitution Avenue, NW Washington D.C.

.

No matter your platform, so long as it is for BLACK INTERESTS and to meet BLACK NEEDS, it is our hope that Black groups all over the United States will schedule DEMONSTRATIONS throughout the Spring, Summer, and Fall this year and next and until the United Nations, the US Congress, the Justice Department, and the White House recognize our petitions and letters that we are not going away, but we are standing strong until the matter of the Slave Trade and our EXODUS out of this captivity (if so desired) is addressed.

.

ALL ARE INVITED TO STAND WITH US AS WE DEMAND JUSTICE FOR THE SLAVE TRADE!  THEREFORE, PLEASE KNOW THAT WE ARE INVITING THREE (3) SPEAKERS ON BLACK HISTORY AND REPARATIONS TO JOIN WITH US IN THIS PROCESS.

.

If you are interested in purchasing a BUTTON or BUTTONS to sell to help cover our costs for the DEMONSTRATION RALLIES, as some of us are doing, please contact me.  The buttons are $2.00 each.

.

While our objectives may differ from others, it is of extreme import that there will be DEMONSTRATION RALLIES in every major city in America, as this is what we have to do if we want our voices heard.  We have conducted ourselves with diplomacy and have followed the proper protocol, but still we have not received the respect we so deserve.

.

Our voices must stop falling to the ground.  It is now time for our voices and words to be heard on television, seen in the newspapers, and acknowledged by the United States government that brought our forebears to these shores.  Now, let’s see how productive we can be with using DEMONSTRATIONS and letters, for indeed, they will continue until there is a fair resolution to this crime again Black humanity.

.

A Bill must be introduced AND PASSED that will finally address the Slave Trade and pay REPARATIONS for the wealth that Blacks never received.  There is plenty of time for each city to make arrangements for these rallies.  Given the Internet and all the scores of African American groups online, we can make this an even bigger event than was the Million Man March, which only took place in D.C.  We want DEMONSTRATIONS all over the United States, and then we will shoot for the United Kingdom!

.

We can make this happen…all we need do is become active and watch the results!  This is our opportunity for BLACK FOLKS to be our own VOICE, and it is incumbent upon us to make it happen.

.

AGAIN, IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK ON REPARATIONS AND/OR BLACK HISTORY, PLEASE ADVISE!

.

MORE information is forthcoming.
