We are asking for SMALL INVESTORS to invest collectively on the SOFTWARE, HARDWARD, PROMOTIONS AND NECESSARY LICENCE and HOURS OF EXPERTISE that it will take to LAUNCH AN INTERNATIONAL "MILLION MEMBER MERGE" of Creative People GETTING PAID to Promote their own Business (cateloged products, services, venues, events, information) WITHIN A COLLECTIVE GOAL SETTING FUNFILLED EMPOWER-MOVEMENT.

Unfortunately it is going to cost us to be on top and that is the only place that WACP will fit for it is TOO CROWDED AT THE BOTTOM.

PLEASE STUDY THIS MOVEMENT and send us a proposed amount of PLEDGE. We will inturn send you a PAYPAL Voucher and a contract to return not just the Voucher Amount but 200% RETURN. How is this possible you say? You do the math. Our 6-month GOAL is 1-Million Members X $69. Million goes to FUND THE POWER TEAMS... $20 Million goes to OPERATIONS... Leaving $12 Million Dollars to yet operate and pay for Needed Services and Investments all overseen by a POWER TEAM OF EXPERTS.

There will be no blind corners or unexpected events in this EMPOWER-MOVEMENT. All books are open and will continue to be throught this campaign and all others in the distant future.

NOW IS THE TIME TO PUT YOUR INVESTMENTS WHERE YOU SAY YOUR HEART IS. ..TRUSTING THAT SOMEBODY SOMEWHERE MUST BE TRUSTWORTHY AND DO WHAT THEY SAY TO THE LETTER...IT MIGHT AS WELL BE WACP. LET'S GET BUSY!

I have studied this PRO-ACTIVITY Plan and it is RIGHT ON TIME. We are using the internet to Play, Chat, Socialize and Intellectualize but where is our organized efforts for REAL CHANGE? I will get behind this EMPOWER-MOVEMENT and I pledge $25.00 with th overstanding that I will receive $50.00 after this plan is up and running...I AM EXCITED not about the return but about the fact that we finnally are doing something across all the lines that divide us.
Now is the time!
