I am thankful for those who have need to BUY & BOSS... Without their presence, I could not know and would not know my strengths and my weaknesses. To you all I WILL FOREVER BE GREATFUL. I finally got it!
To whom it may concern:
As of Friday, August 5, 2008, Hassan Artiste Raheem has freed himself from any physical,
spiritual or mental bondage. And as testiment to new found 'FREEING OF MY MIND, I would like to offer this little poem called "IF" by Rudiard Kippling.... to answer the QUESTION: WHERE HAVE ALL THE LEADERS GONE?

Most men have not been challenged this way to know what they would do but I have. I for one 65 years young Black Man can Truthfully say.... "I AM A REAL MAN and I AM A FREE MAN!" ... are you... CAN YOU CHECK YES IN EVERY CATEGORY OF THIS POEM? OR HAVE YOU EVEN GONE THROUGH THE FIRE YET? Let's keep this forum going and WOMEN are free to join in as well. We want to know... Thanks Ar Lena, this poem i learned when i was very young. My older sister had to momorize it for school. She repeated it over and over and i had to listen to her recite so i learned it too. IT has been a great aspiration in my life to lift me up when things are really crazy and i don't innerstand why.... it was "IF" that got me through up until this very day.

Peace and blessings. This is the question of the century for African People. Grassroots African Leaders must come up with a definition for what is a true, committed, knowledgeable, action-oriented leader is in the 21st century. We have a lot of people doing a lot of talking, wearing the African garb, have changed their names, and are generally involved in African based events and activities. However, many of these same people are not promoters of unity consciousness, work consistently and scientifically for short and long term development of African people, study the oppressors systems and programs which keep us dysfunctional then propose and implement actual measurable solutions and general just engage in real strategic warfare against those who work and plan everyday to keep Africans, especially men, from becoming equal partners in world governance. I for one have put my energies for developing future visionary leaders into our babies/children/youth and students. We can not change many elders who are holding on to the same strategies and tactics of the 60s and 70s. I teach the brothers I come in contact with to learn from that time but develop and implement new and innovated plans of action. True leadership is not born into any person but is develop through education, culture, experience and knowledge. Until us, as African people, the 10% which have the above traits unify those who want to keep us enslaved mentally will always prevail.

i agree with you Brother Sameer... The Minister is as close as they come individually and as a collective army of believers in the now times. Now to get cooperation from and backup on an ongoing basis from those non Muslims who attended the March. I wish we could find new language which could replace the religeous terms which divides us everytime. The Message can be exact and to the point but the names of Religion will always be the disounting factor... He or she is a Muslim or He or She is a Christian.
